Clean Air Act

The Clean Air Act prohibits employers from discharging or otherwise discriminating against any employee because of the employee”s testifying in or commencing proceedings against their employer for violating the Act, which is designed to insure satisfactory air quality by imposing certain restrictions and requirements on air emissions.
