The National Labor Relations Act (NLRA) governs employer-employee relations. In addition to regulating an employer”s relationship with a union, the NLRA grants employees the right to organize and engage in protected concerted activity. It also prohibits employers from interfering in any way with employees” rights to act in concert regarding work-related issues.
